Rabbitry

Durham Mill Technologies raises Cinnamons here at the rabbitry. These rabbits are a newer breed established in Missoula, Montana in 1962. A Chinchilla doe and a New Zealand buck were breed resulting in (my opinion) one of the best all around rabbits there are (of course, I am biased). The rabbits weigh from 8.5 to 11 pounds. Cinnamons can be used for meat, fur, show and of course pets.

We also have recently began raising Thriantas. These rabbits weigh and average of 5 pounds and are a cute little rabbit.

Rabbits for sale:

Rabbits are price according to each animal: their quality,sex, pedigree and any awards won. A rabbit for the freezer is a lot less than the next ARBA Grand Champion. So with that said here is a general but not firm guide for prices. (Remember prices are subject to change at anytime).

Rabbit < 6 months old       - $25.00

Rabbit > 6 months old       - $35.00

Meat Rabbits                     - $3.00 per pound

Meat Rabbit Dressed        - $4.00 per pound

Pedigree                           - $10.00

Registered                        - $10.00

Champion Rabbit              - $25.00

1st Generation Champion - $15.00

Cinnamons available:

           Bucks and Does as well as breeding stock. Call for multiple rabbit pricing.

Mixed breed:

We usually always have something. They are usually $10.00 per adult rabbit. $4.00 per pound dressed. Call for multiple rabbit pricing.

Thriantas:

         New litters will be available early October.
